Foundation Principles of Health

A principle is a fundamental, primary, or general law or truth from which others are derived. Principles are universal, meaning that they apply to every person, in every country, on every continent and are not subject to gender, age, religion or culture.

A good example of a ‘fundamental law’ is that of gravity. One could argue this basic principle, they may even want to challenge this law by jumping off a building. But regardless of whether they are in New York, London or Sydney, the consequences of this behaviour are subject to this fundamental principle or law.

The ‘fundamental principles of health’ are the same. They have been established over millions of years of human evolution and apply to every person, in every country, on every continent. They are not subject to race or religion, age or gender. They are universal and timeless.

The consequences of this lifestyle will be governed by the fundamental principles of health. You don’t break these principles. You only break yourself against them.
